Who we are

What we collect
- Booking form: full name, email, phone, pick-up and return dates, number of bikes, sizes, gear options and anything you write in the notes.
- Contact form: full name, email, phone (optional), riding level (optional) and your message.
- Security data: with every form submission we record the IP address and browser type, to protect the site from spam.
- Traffic statistics: only if you allow them in the cookie banner (Google Analytics). See the Cookie policy.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and arrange the rental (steps prior to a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- For site security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- For traffic statistics, only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not send marketing messages and we do not sell or pass your details to third parties for their own purposes.
Who can access it
Requests are stored in the website database and sent to the business email. The website hosting provider and the email provider have access as processors, and Google for statistics, only if you have consented.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as needed to handle the rental and the related communication, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Write to us at naturaltrailsteam@gmail.com. If you believe your rights are being infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
